Today we are facing some issues with IIQ where last heartbeat is future date and server are not loading and also we are unable to find root cause. PFB the screenshot for environment and syslog.
Were you able to find the root cause, if not could you elaborate a bit more into the issue, as in what application server was used, have you checked the App server log files? If you were able to resolve this could you advise, what the cause was, and how you fixed it?
