Form Submission Reminder Frequency

Hi Dev Community,

I am looking for some clarification on the wording from the form reminder frequency. On the documentation under Form > Action > Form it is worded as “Select when to send a reminder notification if the form has not been submitted, up to 29 days or 696 hours.

My interpolation of this is that if a form is not submitted it will send out a reminder. So, as an example if I have the form live for 20 days and select to send reminder at every 3 days. I assume that if the form is not, it will send out a reminder every 3 days.

So, I have two questions.

  1. Is this only a one-time reminder if the form is not submitted?
  2. If so, is there a way to send more than one reminder?

Based on what I see in the Form Documentation, It looks to me like it is a singular reminder that is sent the configured number of hours after:

Form Submission Reminder Select when to send a reminder notification if the form has not been submitted, up to 29 days or 696 hours.

I also saw the documentation, but I feel that wording can be interrupting many ways. If you read it sounds like how often to send a notification if the form is not submitted.

I have test and confirmed that it is only a single notification, but I am going to submit an idea to be able to send out multiple notifications over the whole time the form is live and not submitted.

Thanks,
Travis Greene
