Use case:
Manager logs in, goes to access requests and finds a form that is available for a request. Fills it out and submits it. A workflow is triggered by the form submission and the workflow goes through approvals, etc.
Currently this is not a feature. What is currently being done to allow a manager to manually request something through a form that is available to choose at various times? My guess is that this isn’t possible through IDN but would have to be initiated by something like ServiceNow to kick off an API call.
Is this on a roadmap? Am I able to talk to the request center PM or the Form PM? Workflows now have the ability to have a form submission to kick off / trigger a workflow.
