Filtering during certification campaign and other QOL questions

Hello there,

I have three points:

  • Users needing to certify many users (i.e. 100+ users) want to be able to filter identities to certify inside the campaign. For example, to display only those having a certain JobName to make a decision for those only, before switching to another JobName.
  • When reassigning certification, the collaborator would to still be able to see the campaign on his home page to be able to look at completion rate.
  • When adding attributes to public identities, do we have a way to display them as a collumn instead of only displaying it when opening the identity’s page.

do you have any solution for each of them? Is it possible?

thanks.

Hi @RLM-AP,

1. Filtering identities within a certification campaign (e.g., by JobName):
Yes, it’s possible to filter identities using attributes like JobName when you’re setting up the campaign. However, once the campaign is launched, the in-campaign filtering options in the UI are currently limited.
As a workaround, you can:

  • Use the search or sort functions within the campaign to manually locate users with a specific JobName.
  • Alternatively, consider creating separate campaigns for each JobName by applying filters during the campaign setup phase.

2. Visibility after reassignment (tracking completion):
Currently, when a certification is reassigned, the original certifier no longer sees it on their home page.
To maintain visibility and allow both parties to track progress, a good workaround is to add the new person as a Collaborator instead of reassigning. This way, both the original certifier and the collaborator can view and work on the certification together.

3. Displaying custom identity attributes as columns:
Yes, this is supported! You can show custom (public) identity attributes as columns in the Identity list view.
To do this:

  • Go to Identities > Columns in the UI.
  • Select and enable the attributes you want to display (they must be marked as “public” in the identity profile schema).

Once configured, these attributes will appear as columns in the list view, making it easier to scan and sort identities based on your custom data.

Hello,
Thank you for your response.
I understand your first two points, and I think I can safely forward the same information to the requester.

As for the last about the columns, I do not see these columns even though there tagged as public as seen on the second image.

Hello there,
Any update on this?

Thank you for your help,
Remi.
