Fetching User Levels attribute information through Rest API

I need to retrieve the User Levels information via the REST API to determine the access associated with a identity in the ISC (e.g., Admin, Helpdesk, Role Admin, etc.).

I’m unable to obtain this attribute information from the following API. Could you please suggest how to retrieve this data?
