Failed API calls with Cloudflare error

Hello Community,

Recently i’ve spotted interersting issue with connectivity between IQ server and ISC sbx tenant. As per this drawing:
–i’m unable to call tenant-sb-api-identittynow-com/oauth/token and retrieve access token (there’s no problem to call prod tenant whatsoever)

in return i’m receiving cloudflare error:

Calls with already inserted JWT (like /v3/sources) are giving very same error.
Does it really a cloudflare issue?

I would try again. Every once and while you get this message in the UI as well. Normally just doing a retry will resolve this.
