Error while creating account via 'Identity Security Cloud Governance'

Hi IDN Experts,

We are exploring the “Identity Security Cloud Governance” connector in the hope creating new IDN accounts for Admins with different UserLevels. We mainly use the OOTB configurations and tried to create an account through granting an Access profile with for instance, the Report Admin (UserLevels). However IDN returns the following error and cannot proceed.

[ConnectorError] invalid output format: Schema validation error in path: [/: {“attributes”:{"User… did not match any of the specified OneOf schemas]

We tried with Governance group and we faced the same issue
[ConnectorError] invalid output format: Schema validation error in path: [/: {“attributes”:{"Gove… did not match any of the specified OneOf schemas]

We also tried with single and multiple entitlements on a single Access Profile but the results are the same

Has anyone encountered this issue or have any suggestions on what might be causing this? Thanks

Ronald

I don’t think this connector can be used to create a new account . this is more like a loopback connector which can be used to add the additional access ( User Level / Governance group ) to the existing IDN users.

When you raise the request for the user it means that the identity already exists .
