I have an error when creating some third-party accounts, the csv is correct but it has errors, it is from the non-employee source.

do you have extra commas in the CSV data that might make it appear to have more columns than you have in your header? I’m referring to the data in the rows, not in the header row itself.
I just checked and the number of commas is correct
Hi @kaiolima
In my experience, editing CSVs with Excel can cause some strange behavior, and from looking at your 2nd screenshot it looks like all of the header values are in the first cell (A1) rather than spread across the first row (A1, A2, etc) so it’s possible once you save that, it’s creating some formatting issue. Try recreating the CSV but use something like Notepad++ and see if that helps.
I’m agree with @vkashat, i had same issue multiple time due to modification file with Excel
It worked Vicent, now the file goes up, now it’s just not creating the account on the third-party source
Wich type of third-party source ? i think you have a non employee source.
What aggregation scan message after importing account ?
The message that appears may take a while but the account will be created, something like that. But the status turns green with this message
May be account are created as uncorrelated accounts, you can export uncorrelated accounts for that source.
Thanks!!!
