Hi @arshdeep_thapar , Try removing the risky user attributes in the schema. Go to your Azure Source >> Account Schema and delete the attribute called risky user attributes. Here’s a post I found - Error in Azure Active Directory Account Aggregation Hope this helps! Thanks!

Hi @arshdeep_thapar , There are other posts related to license issues and are solved by removing those in the schema. Could you please attach an entire screenshot of the error? Thanks!

It could be permission issue , check if proper permission is given Required Permissions SailPoint Connectors Documentation

Thanks, after some debugging, the Entra ID team found that they forgot to add some of these permissions.
