It seems EntraID rejected request, have you captured logs? also check any info have blank. because while sync empty string also gives 400. Also check a guest accounts have department, costcenter etc attrubutes, beacuse these attributes supports to members not for guest

I Checked the attribute value and it’s not null.
I did not get your point on department attribute doesn’t support for guest users; can you please elaborate on the same.
