Entitlement Type Role is not getting aggregated Azure AD

Hi Experts,

I am getting an error while running aggregation for entitlement type ‘role’ in Azure Active Directory.

I am not sure what is wrong these configurations is looking fine. Is it something related service account permission?

What api permissions does your AAD App Registration have?

I will check on it, usually what permission required anything extra than what have been mentioned in the prerequisite permission?
