How to configure entitlement owner certification in SailPoint ISC as this may not be supported out of the box. So anyone has any idea about how this can be achieved?

Please check the post below. Looks like they will be rolling entitlement owner certification in ISC soon.
We have a requirement to certify owners of all the entitlement owners in SailPoint ISC, not sure if that will be supported out of the box.
So does that mean we can certify the owners of all the entitlements in a tenant?
What it sounds like you’re trying to accomplish is running a certification for entitlement metadata (the owner field specifically), meaning “You are set as the owner of Entitlement A, please select yes or no if this is true”
That sort of feature does not exist today.
If instead you are asking “I would like to create a user access certification campaign and would like entitlement owners to be the access reviewers of entitlements assigned to users” then that feature is going to be rolled out as @jishnu_suresh mentioned
