We are pleased to announce an upcoming enhancement to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) designed to improve the mobility and flexibility of your review campaigns: dedicated tablet support for Certification Reviewers.

As organizations become increasingly mobile, we want to ensure that reviewers can comfortably and accurately complete their user access reviews on the go. This new feature automatically detects when a reviewer is accessing the platform via a tablet and evaluates if the device is capable of displaying the reviewer UX optimally.

To ensure reviewers have full visibility into all the critical details of a user access review, the system will seamlessly prompt users to tilt their devices into landscape mode.

How it Works

  • Smart Device Detection: The ISC platform detects tablet usage and evaluates screen capabilities.

  • Landscape Orientation Prompt: To guarantee that data-rich review tables and critical access details are easily readable, users will be prompted to rotate their devices horizontally.

  • Optimized Reviewer UX: Once in landscape mode, reviewers are presented with a fully supported, comprehensive view of the access items, allowing them to make informed decisions without missing vital context.

I am really glad you are including Account ID, and not just account name.

(It is still a problem in campaign reports, that only account name is shown.)
