I was wondering if, by chance, anyone had any updates or knew anything about the following announcement SailPoint next generation certification. It was initially supposed to be released in May of last year, then they changed that to “more to come later in 2025.” That’s all fine, the enhancement needed some extra attention, I’m not mad about that, but now here we are in mid-February of 2026 and no one can seem to get an update from SailPoint about it despite countless attempts

The general population of dev rel users usually does not have this information if it is not in the announcements, as it is still considered internal to SailPoint. I see you did inquire in the topic as to the status as well, which is the proper location to inquire.
Additional recommendations would be to ask your CSM if they can find the status, or to locate the Idea in the Ideas forum that you are looking for and inquire about the status there. Both of those are considered proper channels for this inquiry.
Thanks Geoff, there’s not been any updates on the announcement, but I’ve since asked SailPoint Advisory Services and they said they couldn’t get an update either. I guess that means, like you said, it’s still internal
