I am trying to find a way to enable only the “Search” feature to an identity. Could you please help me, if there is any ISC role or an user level permission.

As you can see here: User Level Access Matrix - SailPoint Identity Services , there is an out-of-the-box user-level role called “Report Admin” that allows users to access reports, including search. However, other features, such as Access History, Aggregation Activity, etc., are also included.
Alternatively, you can configure a custom user level, where it is possible to restrict the user level to only specific permissions Custom User Level Matrices - SailPoint Identity Services
@baoussounda is right! Report admin is the least privilege User level you are looking for. Identity graph admin may also fulfil your requirement
People have been asking for a long time fine-grain User Level Access
I think there is some level of customization that can be applied, but I not sure (as it is not applicable to all tenants)
