How can we add custom code to get a value from the Identity Request in email notification

Hi @Deepthy,

How are you triggering this mail? If it is from some workflow then you can simply add an input parameter “plan” in the EmailTemplate.

Let me know if further input needed.

Using VLT and SpTools Function Library, I was able to retrieve values.
