I am attempting to update our email templates to include the link to our SailPoint environment. I am using html and a simple
tag. The problem is even when I put in CDATA prior to html, it is still showing the tags in the final email.
How do I avoid this?
Hi @Alyson_Trad - Here is an example of the format I have that works. Make sure it is within the Body tags:
