I would like to alert Managers/Users when an accounts are correlated to their Identity.
My Pain Point
I have Staff returning who already have accounts they don’t get alerts like the new accounts Provisioned.
The Life Cycle email does not have attributes to call.
If a guide exists on how to do this please share

I’m not aware of any event triggers or email notification templates that can capture an account correlated event and send a notification. If you haven’t already, you can submit an idea for this in our ideas portal.
Actually, there appears to be an “Account Correlated” event trigger. You can use this trigger in Workflows to send an email to the identity when a new account is correlated to their identity. If you don’t see this trigger in your workflow library, then you’ll need to request access to the trigger through a support ticket.
