Trying to download the entitlement owner from source’s entitlement page. Entitlement owner field is shown in UI but in the csv download, entitlement owner field is missing.
Is there any way I can download the entitlement owner from UI? Please assist.
Download option under Entitlements is used for bulk updating the fields that are available in the downloaded csv.
I don’t think you have an option to download Entitlements list as csv to include Owner names. However, you can use Entitlements API to read json files and use some script to convert json to csv
Yes I agree with @iamnithesh, the csv download option is only for bulk edits of entitlements related to the connector schema not including owner.
There is currently no option that I am aware of that allows you do this in the UI.
