I am looking a option to attach a document when requester / approver submit the form in the NERM. Please let me know if it is feasible then how we can achieve it.
NERM workflow is limited to the the following actions:
Editing the email content and attaching a file looks to be supported and including a link to your attachment will be possible.
What would the purpose of the file be?
There is a requirement that during raising the new profile onboarding request the requestor has to sign an agreement and upload that request.
I don’t think this is currently supported, approvals are dealt with inside the solution.
I would agree that Approvals and Agreements should be done using the Approval / Fulfillment actions in Workflows where possible.
However, if there is a need for the document to be physically signed - you could use an Attachment type attribute for this to allow for a PDF scan (or whatever file type) of that document to be uploaded as part of the Request Form / Approval / Fulfillment.

Can we provide a default attached document in the form. So, concerned person during raising the request download that document , sign it and again upload that document for the approval to the next level?
