Disconnected accounts are not having the DisplayName field filled in

I identified that the disconnected accounts are not having the DisplayName field filled in, and in the idn this field is also not filled in, what could this be?

Hi @kaiolima,

Did the user have a display name value before the user was inactivated.?

If yes, Check if have a before or after rule in IDN that removes this attribute in AD as part of disabling the user account.

Also check if you have an attribute sync in place that could potentially clear out the display name value in AD as per your source value.

For the identity displayed, is the AD account being provisioned from IDN/ISC? If yes, you might need to set the attribute and value for Display Name under the Create Account Profile.

Additionally, have you mapped an attribute to the display name properly?
If yes, is the attribute mapped to the display name a non-empty value?

Thanks for the support, apparently there was some instability in sailpoint because I ran an attribute synchronization and it worked.
