Developer space for Spanish-speaking engineers

Hi everyone :waving_hand:

I hope you’re doing well. I have a quick question for the community.

I know that all developer discussions here are primarily in English, and I completely understand and respect that. I wouldn’t want to change the dynamic of the community at all.

That said, I was wondering if there is any space (or if it would be appropriate to create one) where Spanish-speaking members could occasionally discuss SailPoint topics—especially to help expand SailPoint knowledge across Latin America and support IAM/IGA engineers working with SailPoint in the region. :globe_showing_asia_australia:

Even a small, informal place to share ideas, questions, or resources in Spanish could be very helpful for people who are still growing their confidence in English but actively working with SailPoint.

If anyone from the SailPoint team would like to reach out, I’d be happy to help contribute or even act as a Spanish champion for the community, if that’s useful.

If there’s already something like this, or if you have any suggestions on the best way to approach it without disrupting the community, I’d really appreciate your guidance.

Thanks a lot, and happy to be part of this community!

Hello @lquinonez1,

Thank you so much for sharing this idea.

I’m happy to let you know that we do have a Spanish-Speaking User Group available in the Compass Community. To access and join the group, please review the community guide, How to: User Groups, which walks through the steps.

I’ll also make sure your broader suggestion is shared with the appropriate SailPoint team so they are aware of the continued interest in expanding Spanish-language collaboration. It is great to see your commitment to supporting IAM and IGA professionals across Latin America, and we truly appreciate your willingness to help.

Your feedback means a lot and helps us continue building a welcoming and supportive space for everyone.
