There is an important change from Webex that has impacted the use of the Webex Meeting connector.
Deprecation & End-of-Life (EOL) Dates
In March 2022, Cisco Webex announced their plan to deprecate meetings-related XML APIs. Following Cisco Webex’s announcement regarding deprecation of Webex XML API, SailPoint has decided to deprecate the Webex meeting connector effective 31st December 2024.
Existing Webex meeting sources will continue to function until the EOL date i.e June 30th, 2025. Beyond this date, all existing sources of this connector will cease to operate.
During the deprecation period SailPoint will no longer provide enhancements, fixes, or support for the Webex meeting connector. we encourage you to plan for the transition to new Webex control Hub to avoid disruption to your operations.
Who is affected?
All ISC customer who have Webex meeting connector configured.
Action Required
- To prevent the disruption of the service, customer should start migrating to new Webex control Hub connector.
Important Dates
- December 20th, 2024: Release of new connector Webex control Hub.
- December 31st, 2024: Deprecation of Webex meeting connector.
- June 30th, 2025: End-of-life of Webex meeting connector.

Migrate to Webex Control Hub connector before the EOL date.
