Delinea SCIM Connector - Accounts Not Aggregating

A new Delinea source was created using the SCIM connector. During aggregation, roles are successfully aggregated but user accounts are not being retrieved from Delinea. Although the account aggregation job completes with a Success status, it reports 0 accounts aggregated. Is there any idea about this issue?

Hi @bhavana_medasani, depending the Delinea SCIM version, it can only pull in certain information. Could you advise what version you’re running on the Delinea side?

Also, are you using the OOTB connector (Delinea Secret Server) or SCIM 2.0 (SaaS or non SaaS)?
