We have a workflow that has a form and we want to delegate the submission to a governance group instead of a single identity.
Has anyone a workaround to solve this issue? we would like to review the description and name from an AD group through the PTA capability but not only for one single identity.

Forms must be assigned to individuals. However, you can create governance group or a role. In your workflow, get the members of the group/role and then send each on an instance of your form. Since they are technical separate, only one person would need to complete the action.
If this is more of an ongoing process with a lot of volume or having lots of potential reviewers (ex. everyone in an oncall rotation), you could create a “service account” identity that goes to a shared mailbox and assign the form to that user. Then, who ever is assigned to process the form can login with the service account to complete the action.
