Data Explore is part of Access Insights. You need to setup your tenant for AI-Driven Identity Security to be able to use it.
Could you please share the steps to setup tenant for AI-Driven Identity Security.
Assuming your organisation is already licensed, refer Access Insights - SailPoint Identity Services
You need to work with Sailpoint Professional Services to setup it up. Access History is enabled by default, but other features require further setup by Professional Services.
