Customizing ServiceNow Service Desk Integration (SDIM) Module

Hi everyone,

We have a list of CSV-based sources that we want to manage provisioning using SDIM. Some of these sources require custom attributes in the ServiceNow tickets, which we can only implement through the “Before Provisioning Rule” solution, as outlined below. My question is: when we implement this, will it apply to all SDIM integrations within the tenant, or is it possible to configure it for specific SDIMs? Ultimately, we’d like to use the out-of-the-box SDIM for some sources, while applying the custom solution for others. Is this achievable?

You can define the rule for each SDIM configuration via api, I believe this would support your use case of having different rules.

That’s not what I am actually asking. I don’t want to use different rules for different SDIMs. I just want to use before provisioning rule for one of the SDIMs we integrated while we keep integrating other SDIMs as out of the box.
