Custom Password Instructions

We are trying to add custom password reset instructions as outlined in below document.

however, it looks like document is not updated and we are getting bad request error message.

This error looks like it might be specific to your tenant. The best way to get this resolved will be to create a support ticket so they can investigate your tenant’s logs to troubleshoot.

This is happening across multiple tenants and not just one.

Just spoke to the product team. Custom password instructions is not live in production tenants yet, only sandbox tenants. However, it will be live in production by end of day. Please check it tomorrow and let me know if it works or not.

Thanks, Colin for the additional info. we just tried this API across multiple sandbox tenants and partner tenants and getting consistent error messages across the environment.

Could you please confirm with the product team if this API’s are available in sandbox/partner tenants.

Product just confirmed that this feature is now available in prod tenants as well. Please see Configuring User Authentication for Password Resets - SailPoint Identity Services for directions on enabling it in your tenants.
