Hi Yamini, There is no such thing, custom attribute or OOTB attribute. You just need to make sure that the attribute is searchable, so that it will be available to select in correlation config. Is it basic correlation or a Rule ? Thanks Krish

Hi Yamini, Make the custom identity attribute as searchable first. And try the values are populating correctly for the identity attribute and also cross check, whether the value from account attribute you are using for correlation equals the value from identity attribute. Thanks!!

Hi, Ignore Case true for the correlated identity attribute. Values are same case (Identity attribute and Target attribute). Running Unoptimized aggregation only. Thank you.
