My Team needs to configure an email after a campaign is created and there is no custom template. Is there a way to generate emails when there is no built in template?
There is an email template available that gets sent out on campaign creation. Please check the documentation here.
We are looking for an email to be triggered when the campaign is completed. Let me know if there is such a template or if there is a way to build it.
I don’t see any email templates after certification campaign ended.
You can implement using Workflows, we have triggers for Certification Campaign.
