I have reached out to support as well. Could I check in the documentation it has this part " If the code is 401
or if the error code/message matches one is configured in the HTTP Error field on the Additional Settings menu page, it triggers a custom authentication operation or endpoint."
Where is this Additional Settings done?
also just thinking, would it be possible to do a test connection in a before operation rule?
