I have a requirement involving the use of disconnected applications. I would like to be able to assign an access item related to this app to a user and subsequently trigger the creation of this user’s account after the manual task associated with the access item has been done.
In my case, I have a disconnected app implemented as a flat file, and I noticed there is a “create account” section. From my research, I found a guide describing a provisioning policy related to account creation; however, it seems to be disabled.
Could it be possible to create such accounts by activating certain fields in this provisioning policy? If so, how would I go about doing that? Otherwise, what alternatives can I explore?
This is the default schema for the create account available in the disconnected source. You can map this according to the your requirements from the Identity attribute. Then try to create an account. It will generate the same manual task for the source owner.
As the @Rohit_Sahu mention please map the all required attribute for create account in “create account” section for your disconnected source and once you have requested for any access, source owner able to see the manual task with user details and assign access to user. Once you have added in the your application please add the user in disconnected source and aggregate the source and close the ticket form manual task.
