We are trtying to create a Webservice SaaS source using the CREATE SOURCE API V3. I am not able to find any samples for it, has anyone here worked on it and could share the postman CURL?

You could capture the API calls via the browser developer tools while manually creating this in your tenant. Another option would be to create the source manually and then use the GET to see the details of the source that was created.
I believe all the SAAS connectors have specific GUID’s for the connectorID compared to names for the non-SAAS equivalent connectors so you’ll likely need this GUID.
