Create a Report of all Identities of type Partner

Hi ,

We have users of type Employee, Contractor, Bidder

I want to create a Report of all users of type=”Bidder”.

I could not find any OOTB way to way on Report using type.

How to create the report?

You can use advance analytics for retrieving all the users of a certain type.

Hi @udaya1 ,

you can use the Advanced analytics to get the users of type “bidder” and can save the search as a report , if you want a report in particular.

Follow the below steps -

1. Click on Intelligence→ Advanced Analytics.

2. Set search type as Identity, Under standard attribute select your desired attribute in my case it’s Type as Contractor.

   

3. Click on Run Search.

4. It will display you the search result.

5. Under result option, save search as report.

   

6. A pop up will be displayed, provide the report name and description.
   

   

7. Once you save your report, It will be visible under My Reports tab (Intelligence→ Reports)
