Hi Pavan, I too have faced the similar issue. If you mouse_hover on configure, you should be seeing the reason.

The Configure button is disabled because SailPoint moved the Okta connector behind a licensed feature. The message “Contact your Sales Rep or CSM for a license to enable this integration” confirms that your tenant requires the Identity Security Cloud for Okta license.

If you’re checking for your customer, contact your CSM to have the integration enabled.
