The following information is required for SailPoint to connect and interact with Identity Security Cloud.

The API URL under Connection Settings suggests to follow the format of “https://tenant-name.api.cloud.sailpoint.com” which I have never seen before. The API URL format suggestion should be “https://tenant-name.api.identitynow.com”.

  1. ‘Client ID’ and ‘Client Secret’ refers to PAT (Personal Access Token) or General (Global > Security Settings > API Management) ?
  2. What permissions/scopes to be assigned to the API credentials so it’s fully functional for each “Supported Features” ?

  1. Since it is a ISC tenant I would say yes.

Hi Dominick, I’m not seeing any suggestions for the URL in this topic or elsewhere in the guide. Where are you seeing this?

This has been updated in the connector already. The location I was referencing is when configuring the connector itself > Connection Settings > API URL.
