Please refer to the page Integrating SailPoint with BMC Remedy and BMC Helixwhere it says -

The SailPoint BMC Remedy source has been extended and tested to support the BMC Helix platform. This guide’s information can be used while working with either of these target systems.

Also, we need to configure the BMC Client Gateway (Kaazing) for the Helix platform.

In supported features, there is note saying- Set up the BMC Client Gateway (Kaazing) for integration with Helix Platform Applications. Contact BMC Support for further assistance in configuring this for your environment.

Can you elaborate on the exact points where you faces an issue while configuring the BMC Helix Managed System?
