When looking for details on triggering a workflow when a certification deadline is reached, I noticed that there is a trigger for Campaign Ended, however this description is rather ambiguous.
Based on the example, it appears that this is fired when the Campaign is “Completed”, but are there other times where this could be fired, such as Deleted, Deadline passed? Hoping someone knows the answer to this already. If not, I’ll test it tomorrow.

The Campaign is Ended is trigge only if the end date is reached and all certifiers are terminate their reviews.
If at least one certifier not terminate his reviews, campaign will not end and certfication owner must close campaign manually.
So it will only trigger on the Deadline/Due Date if all users have completed their Certifications?
Will it fire if as soon as all users complete their certification, or will it wait until the Deadline/Due Date is reached? Or will it not fire in this instance?
If the Deadline/Due Date Passes and the users do not complete their certifications until a week later, will the trigger fire, or no because it is after the deadline date? Will it fire in this case when the Certification Owner manually completes the certification?

==> the purpose of due date is for reminder notification and at the due “end” button is available for manually terminated.

==> No. Even if the Deadline/Due Date Passed and at least one certifier do not terminate his review, certification will never end.

Ok, the last piece I need to determine is the following scenario:
The certification Due Date passes and 1 or more users have an unfinished certification.
1 week later, all users have completed their certification so no more remain.
At this time, will the Certification Ended trigger happen?
If no, what about if the Certification Owner comes in and manually ends the certification after this 1 week later date.
Will the Campaign Ended trigger happen when they manually end it?

==> Yes. Once the last certifier complete his certifcication, the ended is trigger.

==> Once the owner ended campaign, any certifier can do something and campaign ended is triggered.
