How can we configure the generation of execution logs for workflows in SailPoint that include detailed information about the executed event, such as the workflow name and the user who triggered the execution, to meet audit requirements? Using Sailpoint Search
Hi @clebercarvalhoRaise
I am not aware that this is currently possible, however most triggers/actions are often resulting in an auditable event that can be searched for.
Hope this helps
Thank you @sk8er23 for your response. Could you provide more details on how to search for these auditable events and whether it’s possible to customize the logging to include additional details like the workflow name and triggering user? If this isn’t currently possible, are there alternative approaches or best practices to achieve this level of detail for audit purposes?
The auditable events would be the standard access add/remove attribute changes etc, basically the outcome of a workflow. I am not aware that the level of detail you require that is traceable back to a workflow and a function is possible outside the execution logs.
