Team I have a QQ about the Service Provider .pem cert. Does the signing .pem cert name need to be in a FQDN formatin the UI for the assertion to work properly?

example: CN=, OU=, O=, L=, ST=, C=

the pem cert does not typically need to be in FQDN, but I think it also depends on the target
