More detail please. If it’s CSV files you want to compare, then you can use BeyondCompare or can use the NotePad++ Compare tool. If they are PDF you can use SeekFast. If you want to compare two similar applications specific fields against each other, or an application field against an Identity field, you can use the Mercury Cyber Spoofing Plugin’s Compare task.
