When working with certifications, it is often necessary to generate a preview of the certification so that you can download the Campaign Status Report to use with validating your criteria, or for providing to another team for review.
To do this, you need to Stage the certification, then download the report. When you have finished, you need to close out on the Certification. The “Close” button is small, and the “Start Campaign” button is much larger, so it increases the change to accidentally start the campaign instead of close the window.
Additionally, it would be beneficial if the “Start Campaign” button had a pop-up for “Are you sure you would like to start the campaign?” just in case it is accidentally clicked. This is a best practice buttons that trigger important tasks, such as ones that could send out hundreds of emails accidentally when you just mean to close the window.
