We have a requirement for auto-approving some of the certification items if there is any entry for application access of that user in the custom object, which is managed/updated by Ops team. Default Auto closing behavior of the Cert is to revoke the accesses.

I am using Certification Automatic Closing Rule to auto approve only those items where an entry is available as explained and rest of the items go for revoke. However, on the Certification UI after the completion, it shows Open status and not Reviewed while the revoked ones are properly closed. Attached the image of Cert screen and the Rule as well.

Certification Type: Identity Certification

Please help in making this cert close properly as it should reflect the approved items as well. All the help and inputs are appreciated.

Managed to Resolve the issue.

It needed to set the Action status on the entity.

Can you please share code snippet, i have to auto revoke all items if identity is getting terminate when certificate is in active phase.
