Can't enroll in this ELearning Class 🤧

Any idea why I can’t have access to following ELearning class. I have noticed two different things tho compared to the free ones. This course states about having a SP university subscription active and it has 0 available classes which does not make sense since this a self class.

Please reach out to training-help@sailpoint.com for any technical issues. They will explain the prerequisites for enrolling these free courses if any. In my case, I gained access through my company’s ‘training subscriptions’ package. You should check whether your current organization has any organization-level training subscriptions.

My recommendation is to enroll after the launch of the improved Identity University.

As Pattabh mentioned, Identity University was migrated to a new and improved platform on June 29, 2025. This upgrade was designed to enhance the overall learning experience and improve access to all certifications.

To help you navigate the new platform, I recommend reviewing the guide: How to: Use Identity University. You can also visit the Identity University Support Center for answers to frequently asked questions.

This morning, I tried to go over the last course where I got stuck and noticed that I still have restricted access. This reminds me to ServiceNow University back at the time when only certain courses were open having a unique access code. I thought SailPoint was releasing an open university release; however, does not seem to be the case.

I’d appreciate it if you could help me with an access code or some other solution.

You’re absolutely right. Some courses were previously limited to customers and partners, which could explain why access was denied at the time. I’m currently checking in with the Identity University team to confirm whether that’s still the case.

I’ll share an update here as soon as I have more information. In the meantime, thank you for being patient!

The Introduction to Identity Security Cloud course is available publicly, so you can start with that right away. However, the remaining courses in the training paths, including Set Up and Administer Identity Security Cloud course, require an active training pass subscription to access and enroll.

If you’d like to continue with the full training, you can purchase a monthly training pass, which provides access to the rest of the courses (please note that certifications aren’t included).

We don’t have a confirmed date yet for when all courses will be fully open to the public, but we’ll share updates here as soon as we do.
