We are able to see in our current org there are multiple access requests, provisioning requests and tasks are pending in Sailpoint IIQ
We need to cancel all greater than 2 months pending access requests, provisioning requests and tasks in Sailpoint IIQ
Develop a Rule and create a Run Rule Task, Schedule it to run everyday non-business hours and close/cancel/delete them.
When an Access Request is created, workitem is created as a form/approval/manual action, you can configure reminders, after some number of reminders workitems can be cancelled as OOTB. You can configure that and reduce this count which will impact the performance.

you can refer the following link which cancels access request for a identity, you can tweak the filter conditions for start date greater than two months and use it to cancel the request.
