Can you do an Access Profile Composition Certification?

I’ve worked with the Role Composition Certification before, but I was wondering if there was a way to do a similar certification with Access Profiles that I am missing?

Since the access profiles currently hold the entitlements, and can be used in more places than just roles, it would be good if those could be certified to make sure they contain the correct entitlements for those profiles. If I had to guess, Direct entitlements on Roles is meant to help with this issue, but that still doesn’t account for those Access Profiles that are used elsewhere or directly requestable.
