Can we change the email templates font in ISC

Hello Sailors,

Can we change the font of ISC email templates

I’m getting an aptos font from partner tenant

But some hellventica font when I receive email from client ISC sb

I don’t find any documentation

Any idea of this will help

You can change the font of ISC email template by using the Default System Font directly on the UI :

You have also the explanation in the documentation ( Using Email Templates - SailPoint Identity Services ) :

But you need to configure all email template that you’ve done in your partner tenant inside your client ISC sb.

If it doesn’t work, you can try directly by using HTML / CSS.

Yes, you can do it via UI for sure by going to Admin –> Global –> Email Templates section and changing the fonts accordingly. You have to do it for all email templates in scope and there is no common configuration for that.
