I think it is only limited to partners and customers
Is there any way to individual can also give exam ? without having partner/Customer.
Not that I am aware of
It is normally reserved for partners or customers, but I believe there are exceptions. If you have taken training (paid, in person classes) while you were with a partner or customer but are no longer associated with them, it might be possible.
I’d suggest opening a support request [Open a Support Request Here.] and explain your situation. It makes sense for them to provide a path for those with prior experience who want to continue working with SailPoint products. I hope you can find your way to completing your certification goal.
