Bypass Proxy for a native Application & Set “Resource” parameter

I need to set Proxy Bypass for one of our application from IIQ to connect to the native application. Can someone help to confirm if that needs to be handled through tomcat or can be done via Application XML as well?

Also, I need to set “Resource” parameter as shown in the POSTMAN screenshot, how should I accommodate that in Application XML.

FYI - The application is OAUTH2 authenticated.

Check the Web Services connector guide for the “oauth_request_parameters” application XML setting, whereby you can specify additional oauth parameters.
