Which IIQ version are you inquiring about?

Is there an option in certification to allow only cert campaign owner to do the bulk reassignment and block the bulk reassignment from certifier screens(even forwarding as well)
All the reassign and forward capabilities should only be either with admin or cert owner

What is the real usecase / problem statement ?

We are trying to block bulk re-assignment or forwarding from the certifier end. but at the same time those are needed for the cert owner or admin (to the reassignment if someone reaches them to do so)

but why ? Isin’t the certifier are right person to know if they own something or not ?

yes, they do know, that is why if something appears assigned wrong they can reach out to admin/cert owners to correct it instead of self re-assigning. (we just want to narrow down wrong re-assignments)

I don’t think that would be possible by configuration . I think oonly option is write some plugin to disable that button for everyone expect the one with some capability .
